EXCEL stands for Extended Clustered Learning, which means students are grouped with several others of the like abilities in each classroom. As a resource to the regular classroom teacher, I will consult and team -teach to provide enrichment, differentiated learning experiences, and independent study projects for the gifted and talented students. In addition, I will be pulling students out of the classroom for one period each week to provide enhanced enrichment. Students will be grouped with one or two other clusters in their team, making the class size between 10-12 students. We have an exciting curriculum planned for the year.
